Seance Ecstatic Strala: Día de los Muertos

Raise your spirits and honor your dead with an enlivening Strala flow on the Day of the Dead. Lacey, a trained Strala guide since 2017, leads an ecstatic flow to energize body and spirit, wit room for quiet reflection on the loved ones you've lost. A seasonal playlist sets the tone.

Bring a photo of someone you love who has passed to place on the altar in the studio. Costumes you can yoga in are welcome.
