A strength and alignment-based class designed to build the mobility, control, and understanding needed to master vinyasa transitions. This class focuses on the mechanics behind the movement — creating stability through the shoulders, core, wrists, spine, and hips so the body can move with greater efficiency and awareness.

Every yoga practitioner should have the strength and mobility to move through vinyasa transitions safely and with integrity. Here, we do the work, build intelligent strength, and refine the details that make movement feel powerful instead of forced.

Class concludes with Prana Shakti Breathwork and a guided sound immersion. Through intentional breath, vibration, and deep relaxation, students are given the opportunity to integrate the physical work of practice, regulate the nervous system, and leave feeling grounded, clear and restored.
