Thai Partner Yoga blends assisted yoga postures with techniques from traditional Thai massage to support deep relaxation, mobility, and nervous system regulation.


This class focuses on stretching, joint mobilization, and rhythmic compression—therapeutic techniques shown to:


  • Reduce muscular tension
  • Increase range of motion
  • Improve circulation and lymphatic flow
  • Stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system to lower stress and cortisol levels



No partner required—odd numbers are welcome and everyone will be paired during the practice. All levels welcome.
