Ashtanga for Life is great for all ages and abilities. Practice to improve your posture, release trigger points and tension, build functional strength, and experience the essence of Ashtanga yoga in a supportive and sacred space. We will focus on the 8 limbs of yoga, and it all starts with the tristhana: the breath, Bandhas, and drishti.
